The nationwide man power bill drafts all men aged 18 to 45 into the army. Congress approved the measure and the president signed it. Thursday Sept 12 is the official registration day. Men in the age range who have not registered must do so. Registration hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Registration centers will be at various locations.
