Natives of Sioux City Nita Thebert and her husband announce a grand opening and first anniversary for Windmill Inn Restaurant and Drive Inn. The event runs today through September 5 with a smorgasbord 11 30 a.m. to 2 30 p.m. and new hours plus a Monday closing starting September 6.
