Senior Home Ec Class Hosts Nursery Program
A Home Economics class held a nursery for ages three months to four years on a Monday morning in October. Children played, read stories, and received cookies punch and a Halloween candy. mothers watched and joined a light lunch.

Oklahoma cast rehearsals begin with fifteen sessions
The Oklahoma cast has fifteen rehearsals before performances on November 9 and 10. Miss Williamson directs and says progress is strong but additional sessions are needed. Cast members will join orchestra rehearsals on October 24 and seek prop donations from the school community.

Seniors Choose Keepsakes for 1974 Graduation
The class of 1974 held a meeting on October 4 to select graduation keepsakes. A representative from Inter-Collegiate Press, Inc. of Mission, Kansas presented announcements and options. Lenders were to be returned to the High School office by October 12.

Introducing Miss Williamson at RVHS
Miss Peggy Williamson begins teaching at Rock Valley High School as English and Writing instructor for 7th and 8th grades and a public speaking course. She directs the musical Oklahoma and hails from Gennitsen South Dakota where she studied English and Speech and Drama at Augustana College.

Industrial Arts Club Reports Meeting and Activities
The Industrial Arts Club opened with basketball and dodge ball, then held a brief business session. They decided to run the confessions during Wrestling tournaments and discussed ideas for a Mass Production Project. The night ended with doughnuts and Koalaid.
