Hull Publisher Named to Kiwanis Post
Hull publisher J Westra of the Hull-Index Reporter will be installed October 9 as Lieutenant Governor of Division 3 in the Nebraska-Iowa Kiwanis District. The event at Hull Community Building includes Dr. Ralph Braught as installing officer. Westra, a four year Kiwanian and former club president, serves Hartley Hawarden Hull Inwood Melvin Rock Rapids Rock Valley Sheldon and Sibley. He joins the District Board of Directors and helps set policy for clubs across the two-state Midwest. District Governor Braught will review 1972-73 Kiwanis accomplishments and outline 1973-74 goals under the theme Give of Yourself.
