Nixon and Ray lead Sioux County in sweeping election
In Sioux County Nixon captured about 80 percent while Bedell trailed in the congressional race with roughly 35 percent against Mayne. Ray won the governor’s race with a strong county showing and Rock Valley reported a record turnout near 1400 voters. Rock Valley gave Nixon a five to one margin and Ray similar support.
