Weather and youth themes mix in a rambling local column
The passage blends casual weather notes and reflections on youth culture with a digression on future US population and a proposed business idea centered on youth trends. It mentions Roger Briggs a deaf linotype operator and Rev Durant Van Oyen speaking at a Rotary program. The piece ends noting Van Oyen accepting a call to Massachusetts with the family set to move in June.
