Rock Valley Plans for Fourth of July Celebration
Rock Valley Jaycee officials released a two day Fourth of July lineup. Events run from morning to night with a greased pole contest a chicken barbecue and a large fireworks display. Admission scales from free for preschoolers to $2 for adults. A softball tournament features teams from Doon Lebanon and nearby towns with prize money. A children’s fishing contest at Winterfeld Recreation Area offers rod and reel prizes. Pairings announced July 20 with finals that night.
