Dividends of 25 cents per bushel on grain and 8 to 30 percent on hogs and wages were proposed. Patronage refunds for 1999 will total about 45 357 and bring 19 year total paid and unpaid to 774 095 57. Current assets 36 061 98 cash, 40 430 16 on deposit, receivables 387 408 55, inventories 65 455 32, fixed assets 252 910 36, total assets 8 075 34. Capital stock 14 920 00. Members discussed grain storage needs and a flat storage plan to improve handling, with a motion to decide the project path. Service income from storage last year was 47 701 00.
