Mattress inspections under 40th assembly rule
Under a div passed by the 40th general assembly, inspectors from the Department of Agriculture may enter mattress stores to examine materials used in stock. The law prohibits intimate exposure or sale of mattresses made from infectious or unhealthy materials, except sterilized feathers, and forbids possession or transport of such goods.
