Rock Valley Ambulance Service Set To Start January Fifteenth
The Rock Valley ambulance service, directed by Adolph Eshuis, will begin January 15 and share the hospital number 476-5305 with Hege Memorial Hospital. The new $14,000 ambulance is city owned, partially funded by the county and state, and will serve Hull Doon and possibly Inwood. Porter’s longtime ambulance service ends due to losses and federal rules. Patients must file their own insurance and Medicare claims, and callers should give precise directions to the site.
