Graveling Unpaved Streets Experiment in Indianola
Wil D Allender of Chariton describes an Indianola trial to surface unpaved streets with gravel or shale. The plan aims to keep costs low per 75 foot lot while shale is already used in southern Iowa cities on lesser avenues.
