Youths Acquired Att Cease to Jail in Sheldon Dance Incident
Three men who attended a dance at Sheldon recently found themselves hatless as they prepared to leave. Police began an investigation and hats were later located in a hotel lobby atop three young men. The men, said to have been drinking, are now in care of the sheriff of Pighar. The sentence noted was 60 cents per inch, with a February 17 anniversary to mark the event. Mr and Mrs Tank wed in Gladbrook in 1893, then farmed in Bigty county before moving to Rock Valley in 1921. They had four daughters and nine other children, all living in the vicinity.
