Art Van Roekel named manager of Rock Valley National Food store and Lloyd Ketter named meat department manager. Kettler with 90 years in meat cutting has past ties to National Food stores. Van Roekel came to Rock Valley in October and was meat department manager before promotion.
Owen J. Manning, manager of Farmers Elevator in Rock Valley, had cataract surgery Saturday at Sacred Heart hospital in Yankton. His condition was reported good and he is expected to return home today with Mrs Manning by his side.
