A long running dispute in the Sioux county ABA cooperative centers on whether a $90,000 building should stay in Orange City or move to a central location Timbuetu. Orange City already has government approval and some work underway. A February 25 straw vote in Orange City will gauge support for a future full vote and possible bylaw change requiring 75 percent of a 25 percent quorum to relocate headquarters.
