Rock Valley Schools Lose Major Bid for State Aid
Rock Valley Community Schools learned they won a partial win and lost the major bid for state funds. Superintendent Nick Hurst said the district will receive 15 000 but a 135 004 request was denied by the budget review committee. The district expects 26 more special education students and may seek higher general funds next fall. The board meets tonight to review the situation.
