Rock Valley to Issue 36000 Sewer Bonds and Levy Tax
The Town of Rock Valley Iowa passes Ordinance 54 authorizing issuance of thirty six thousand dollar Sewer Construction Bonds to fund storm sewer improvements and levies a tax from 1966 to 1971 for principal and interest. Bonds issued December 1965. Funds deposited and secured by FDIC member banks. Public notice published December 9 1965.
