The 4-H Climbing Clovers held their March gathering at the Banders home with 7:30 p.m. start, roll calls on color schemes, and new record books issued. Demonstrations covered proper room arrangements book covers painting and home furnishing ideas. The April meeting at the Winterfield home opened with the 4-H pledge, roll call via a picture frame, and reports from the secretary and treasurer, plus discussions on out of county trips. Elaine Vander Esch and Janice Vander Esch demonstrated picture matting and picture framing, Sharla De Graff and Faith Post led recreation, lunch followed.
