Rock Valley Council Minutes Adopted and Finance Voted
Rock Valley Iowa April 1 1925 council met in town hall with Mayor Murphy and councilors Vugteveen Hellstern Kersbergen. Minutes and reports accepted. numerous bills listed and approved. A 2000 borrowing resolution was passed to meet current expenses. Mayor declared adoption. various permissions granted and auditing committee named.
