Prosser Washington November 1. A deadly confrontation with burglars who robbed a Kennewick store Tuesday night left Marshal Mike Glover dead and Deputy Joe Halsey fatally wounded. Sheriff McNeil, shot twice, finally killed one robber and captured another after engaging six assailants in the brush.
