Baltimore June 27 Bryan and Velocity of wind at 7 am eight O Gorman of New York were chosen to write the platform of the democratic Rational convention. The subcommittee meets at 4 pm and the full committee at 7 pm. The platform will be essentially a progressive document with emphasis on a tariff for revenue only. Bryan said the convention yesterday clipped the tail of Thomas F Ryan's cat and progressivism seems to move smoothly. Bryan, coatless and collarless, promised hourly updates and declined further comment. The pair drafted the platform at 2:30 pm including a campaign contributions plan and income tax amendment.
