Boise Jan 7 cross examination of Harry Orchard continued in the Haywood murder trial. Orchard admitted gambling in Idaho mining country and identified a handful of attendees at a Wardner meeting. Rev. J Primrose and Rev. A F Berkstresser temperance crusaders were released from jail yesterday after being held on trumped up charges. As they left Frontenac Kansas they were attacked by about 20 saloon sympathizers and severely beaten. The ministers had been buying liquor in Fronieine saloons to indict saloonists for evidence.
