End Joy Ride in an Indian Dance on City Street

Dr Paul E Bowers physician to Indiana state prisons told a Chicago convention of alienists that prison populations are comprised of deteriorated and defective individuals. St Louis Mo July 13 A robber dashed from a doorway as Miss Cohen cashier left her father’s shop to bank eight thousand dollars in checks and cash. He seized a parcel containing 1100 in cash and 6900 in checks wrapped in a newspaper to avoid attention and fled. Checks payment was stopped.
