Miss Fay Livingston, 24, jailed in Denver after post office inspectors arrested her in Cheyenne for fraudulent use of the mails. Trenton New Jersey January 13 two men and three women drowned when an automobile veered off the road and into an artificial canal just outside the city. The deceased include Donald Reed son of a former Supreme Court Justice Leed Chester A Vancleef an automobile salesman Margaret Lindall Helen Mulvey Anna Hazel. Chauffeur Foster escaped but was unconscious from cold and unable to steer. Two bodies were recovered this afternoon. two more remain missing.

Hobart Indiana January 13 Walter Moll seven and Albert Lee eleven were killed crossing Pennsylvania tracks last night. Moll rode a sled drawn by Lee who tried to rescue his companion as the train neared. The sled jammed and both boys were killed.
