Bank Robbers Blows Safe at Baldwin Illinois
Four robbers blew open the Baldwin bank safe yesterday near St Louis and escaped in a robber tired buggy. About $2,500 in currency was torn to shreds and $1,000 in silver damaged. Nobody was hurt. A posse with bloodhounds pursued the robbers. Also reports French General Saussier has died in Paris.
