Frank Seegar was accidentally shot by Frank Lucas while hunting near Reynolds. Seegar died instantly. Lucas is distraught as coroner files return a death by accident. Seegar, 26, left a wife and two children and was a member of the M W A in Reynolds. Funeral set for tomorrow at his home southeast of Reynolds.
