Animal trainer mauled by tiger at Indianapolis zoo

Indianapolis April 12. Bostock proprietor of the zoo was attacked by the tiger Kyjah during training and seriously injured. He is expected to lose his left arm and foot, and his leg is badly hurt.

Canton to Host Big Convention

Canton to host the Illinois division convention of the Travelers' Protective Association on Friday and Saturday April 19 and 20. Bombay reports Ibn Rashid has reclaimed the kingdom of Nejd after defeating Mabaronk who had seized Nejd and deposed him.
