The Local Government District of Park held its September 7 1977 meeting in Russell Manitoba with Reeve Nowalkowski presiding. Tenders for parcels were reviewed and one bid for N W 32 19 19 W accepted. costs shared 50 50 with Edgar Allan Kelly.
