In Deepdale a four month hospital stay ends as Elizabeth Linton comes home from Winnipeg General Hospital. A November 14 shower at Mrs Geo Ward’s home honored Dora Taylor, the month’s bride elect, with many useful and costly gifts. Mary Dorothea Taylor married Char McKenzie at Poplar Glen on November 21 in a quiet ceremony witnessed by close relatives. The couple left by midnight train for Winnipeg and Altamont, and friends extend warm wishes.

Ratepayers to meet December 1 at 2 PM in the schoolhouse to elect a Reeve and discuss municipal affairs.
In memory of my dear son Charlie who died in Roblin on November 29 1918. Though many years pass he is remembered still by L Gregory England as a personal tribute from a bereaved parent.
