The Cromarty Women’s Institute held its annual meeting at Mrs Jas Collins home last Thursday. Officers for the coming year were elected: President Mrs Jas Collins, Vice President Mrs Wm Thompson, 2nd Vice President Mrs Muse, 3rd Vice President Mrs Roy Kelly, Secretary Treasurer Mrs D Johnston. The event celebrated the Institute’s fourth birthday with a four tier cake cut by retiring President Mrs Fletcher and candles lit by former presidents. A lunch was served by Mrs Collins and Mrs Wm Chapman.
