Togo Elks Lodge hosted a Hallowe'en Party on 1 Oct with 196 children attending. Mr M Minuk and W J Krupp led activities including a free picture show apples popcorn and candy. Community congratulates the lodge on a successful evening.
Anne, Dennis and Bill Dayson visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Morton Cockerill on Sunday last. Mr. and Mrs. H. Poyser and family visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. Poyser on Sunday.
Mr and Mrs F Bailes Jr and their young daughter Nancy visited at the home of Mrs Bailes parents on Sunday revealing a close family gathering and cordial hospitality in a quiet community setting.

Wilson with Linda and Ruth Sandborn spent the weekend in Winnipeg. Mrs. G. Van Drecht with Cedric and Reggie attended her daughter Sonja's wedding in Cardale Manitoba on Saturday.
Mr and Mrs E K Ward and family relocated to Roblin to spend the winter. Mrs C McKenzie returned to her home on Saturday after a two day absence.
