Beulah Family Safeguards Habitat With Conservation Easement
Beulah Manitoba farmers the Brooker family protect habitat on one half section south of Beulah through a conservation easement. David Brooker says the land remains marginal and unploughed with alfalfa still sold and ownership rights intact while habitat is permanently protected, though grazing could be allowed under the contract.
