Teachers Federation Reorganizes For Year Targeting Help And Social Ties
Local teachers federation met on Saturday October 27 to elect officers and plan a year of mutual aid. A program was prepared for Saturday December 8 including talks on educational topics and a possible class. The gathering adjourned to a library lunch where Inspector Belton spoke about the upcoming convention in Dauphin on the 6th and 9th.

Obituary: Annie M Burr Dies in Roblin at 68
Mrs. Annie M Burr widow of Samuel Burr of Kilarney Manitoba died in Roblin aged 68 after two years of poor health. She spent a year with a son in British Columbia and planned to winter with relatives in Manitoba. Funeral at J E Sirett home conducted by Rev. T F Middleton with interment in Roblin cemetery. Surviving Burrs reside in Kane Brandon Chilliwack Foxwarren Melita and related spouses named.

District Meeting of Rebekahs in District 13 at Roblin
Rebekah Lodges of district 13 met in Roblin on October 26 for the semi annual convention. Delegates from Dauphin Gilbert Plains Grandview and Roblin attended with Gilbert Plains earning major representation. Mrs Flynn and Mrs Todd presided.
