A local UF M elocution contest crowned Thelma Wilson, Herbie Burrell, Grace Lester in Group I and Phyllis Burrell, Daphne Radford, Ada Lester in Group II with judges Rev H McConnel Velin and Sangster.

Golf gains town interest at Hartmier course. A meeting at Review office tonight at 8 p m for interested residents. Mr and Mrs T Yeo and Mrs G S Phillips attend Brandon ordination of Rev G S Phillips. Roblin Brass Band performs after Sunday service. Flute Club debut praised under Mr McMurray.

BIELD Nurse Ring attended school on Monday while Mr F Y Newton M L A visited the district Saturday. Mr Benny Jansund underwent an operation at Dauphin hospital last Wednesday removing ten siles. Phillip Hansén reports horses disturbed the farm Saturday by picking up poison. He lost Ar J Ready who farmed in the Ut belt district of Saskatchewan and has had no crop for four years after moving from Broomhill to the old Lockman farm north of Bield. We wish him every success.

House to Begin Morning Sessions on Saturdays
