Villanova Canadian War Cemetery memory project grows
A Manitoba style heritage group in Villanova Bagnacavallo Italy researches the 205 Canadians buried at Villanova Canadian War Cemetery. They seek family contact and photos to publish a follow up book and honor the Lamone River crossing heroes of December 1944. Rosalia Fantoni and supporters aim to match faces to names and keep memories alive.
