First Impressions Community Exchange program open again
Manitoba Agriculture invites rural communities to submit Expressions of Interest for the 2010 FICE program. A volunteer team visits unannounced for one day, records observations, and delivers constructive feedback to help plan action. Community readiness includes leadership commitment and resources to implement suggested changes.
