Army Cadets to spend July at new Clear Lake camp
About 1 000 boys aged 14 to 18 will attend a two week camp under canvas at the Royal Canadian Army Cadet Camp under construction at Clear Lake Manitoba The Dominion Government has allotted 27000 for development and work includes a half mile road to highway and a 250 seat kitchen mess hall The program blends physical and mental skills with sports map reading first aid and a reforestation class Evensong chaplains and army medical staff will support attendees with visits allowed for parents and a suggestion box for feedback.
