Deepdale residents hosted visitors from Kamsack and celebrate improved health as Mrs Ayer returns from Robiin Hospital. Red Cross Home Nursing class adds five new members to sixteen with upcoming May 18 meeting. Ladies Aid met May 11 at Mrs McCorquodale’s. bazaar items priced. June plans include horseshoe tournament and ice cream Silver Tea. Mother’s Day service at United Church drew a large crowd with floral decor. services led by Mr Macartney, organized by Sunday School officers. Mrs McIntyre sang. Junior choir performed What a Friend We Have in Mother and Senior choir sang Mothers Prayers Have Followed Me.

Sunday visitors at Geoge Hendersons included Mr and Mrs Jim Mortemore and daughter of Boggy Creek Mr and Mrs Ross Henderson and Alex of Roblin Mr and Mrs Art Pillon of Makaroff and Mrs A Armistead who returned home after weeks with her Roblin daughter Mrs Kirk Bride left Sunday to visit Mrs Winnie Johnson and Mr Ian Sangster departed by car.
Roblin St. Mathews Lutheran Ladies' Aid hosts a bake sale on June 11 at 3 p.m. in the Roblin Electric store. Annual Bazaar and Tea May 28 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Knox United lower hall. Farmers' Union meeting May 19 at 8 p.m. in the Legion Club Rooms. Evening Guild May 24 at Mrs. George Kelso's home. Rochedale Ladies Community Club Tea and Homecooking May 21 at 3 p.m. in United Church basement.
Mrs. Bily Sanemer passed away in Winnipeg on Monday at 3 30. We are very sorry to hear me. Sad news. The family has our sincere sympathy.
