Slimmer T shirt with elastic draw cord method
The May 1990 Sew News method uses a metre of draw cord elastic and a 2.5 inch button to tuck and draw one side of an oversized T shirt for a slimmer look. Edge stitched along the seam, button placed above the elastic, cord pulled to length, with optional bow or rosette to finish. It also suits a drindle skirt or full sleeve for added flair.
