Nisga treaty signing sparks cross party clash
Dauphin Swan River MP Inky Mark accuses the Liberal government of disrespecting Parliament by signing the Nisga treaty without a debate. He says the move circumvents Parliament and creates a state within a state, warning of dangerous precedent for future aboriginal talks.
