Cpi and Mrs Harold Harvey and family of Centralia Ontario along with Mrs A Rankin of St John’s Quebec arrived Monday to visit Mr and Mrs C E Rogers. Mr and Mrs L Martin of Swan River spent a few days with Mr and Mrs George Beattie. Joan Van Drecht of Bield spent the weekend with her mother. Mrs Pete Beck and Wayne joined her parents at Zelena for the weekend.
Steve Dzikowski of Winnipeg visited his parents in Deepdale. Judith Ward returned from Winnipeg to attend university. A shower for Miss Corwena Roberts was held April 28 with 30 guests and gifts. Mock wedding entertained guests. May W I meeting discussed District Convention plans for May 15 and a Community Hall event. Earl Klassen and F Ward visited. Mrs Ward admitted to Roblin Hospital for recovery.
Richt instructions describe making Lemonade Filling from frozen concentrate with sugar cornstarch and flour. Water is added to concentrate to 1 12 cups liquid, then heated with dry ingredients until boiling. Egg yolks are tempered, then butter is stirred in after returning to heat and the mixture is cooled before filling baked cream puffs.
Cromarty Sunday School will open on Sunday May 13 at 11 am in conjunction with Roblin Sunday School in Knox United Church. Services will resume at 11 am in Cromarty Community Hall.

City notice warns that anyone found riding a bicycle on Roblin sidewalks will have the bicycle impounded. It also requires bicycles ridden after dark to be equipped with a headlight and rear reflector.
