Mrs Ken Boyce spent the week at The Pas visiting relatives while Mr and Mrs W McGinnis return Tuesday morning. Mrs Orval Boyce plans to go to The Pas Monday with her sister and broker from Portage la Prairie. The Young People’s Hi group of Togo and Makaroff led the church service. The May meeting will be at Mrs Jolliffe’s home on Wednesday with Zach Al delivering cushions. bring good used clothing for Red Cross.

DEEPDALE Mr and Mrs George Mathews Curtis Cheryl and Judy arrived from Fhna Fion last week to spend a few days with Mrs G Ward and other relatives. Mr McKeagle attended the Dauphin Women's Association meeting in Dauphin as a member of the Deepdale Aid Society. H Ayer returned home after visiting Mr and Mrs Dave Harrison at Inglis. Mrs L Taylor is a patient in Robinn Hospital recovering from surgery. Warm weather allows farmers to work on high land. The April Deep cateri meeting held May 1 with twelve members and one visitor. Delegates chosen for Provincial and District conventions: Mrs Do Ayer and Mrs Somers to Inglis May 17 for the District convention. Mrs J Beerman elected to the Provincial convention at Winnipeg June 10-14. Mrs McKenzie as alternate.

Togo Women's Auxiliary Elects Officers in 1956 Layout
Mrs S May hosted a Friday May 3 meeting of the Canadian Legion B E S L Women's Auxiliary in Togo. Under Mrs H Sumner in the chair officers were elected as in 1956 and a tea was planned for early June. The travelling box returned to headquarters and a satin comforter raffle was arranged for June 10. Meetings will continue in members homes.
