Parkland Music Festival closes with Hi-Lites concert
After five and a half days of performances the 28th annual Parkland Music Festival ended with the Hi-Lites concert. Competitors from Inglis Grandview Gilbert Plains and Roblin performed in piano organ chorus and vocal events. Trophy winners and absent honorees were noted by festival co-ordinator Ellen Friesen who stressed that participation itself makes one a winner.
