Youth Job Centre to Open May 7 in Roblin
Cindy Pound named manager of the Manitoba Youth Job Centre in Roblin. After a four day Gimli orientation, she will open next Monday at Goose Lake Tourist Booth on Lake Drive SE, offering job matching, referrals, and workshops for youths aged 16 to 24. The centre aims to connect businesses with short term or varied work from babysitting to cleaning, and may organize a community clean up with local support.
