August Review to skip issue month due to publisher illness
The August 7 issue will be the only Review published this month. The Review returns September 11. The office will be open for job printing during the four weeks the paper does not appear. The publisher is under a doctor's care and will take the month off to limit future work.
4-H Poultry Club Notes and Scoring Report
Mr. Ross Cameron reports on the Roblin Shell River Poultry Club with New Hampshire birds and feeding practices. Neil Coleman tops the feat with 91, Evelyn Nash, Muriel Nash, and Freda Coleman tie for second at 90, Marlene Limb scores 69, and overall club average reaches 88.6 percent.

Sheep and Swine Sale at Dauphin Heralded by Livestock Meeting
On the Dauphin Fair’s second day the Northern Manitoba Livestock Association met with Livestock Commissioner J. Connor to outline a Sheep and Swine sale at Dauphin after the Brandon sale. The event aims to aid northern Manitoba breeders in obtaining good boars, rams, and ewes and to ease travel distances for participating farmers. Watch for further news.
