Roblin Debenture Plan Aims at Lakefront Development
Roblin council weighs a 300000 debenture over 20 years to fund road water sewer and drainage costs for 15 lakefront lots on West Goose Lake. Donny Onofriechuk backs the plan by funding much of the work including hydro and cable. Taxpayers would cover interest and principal, with property taxes rising 100 to 200 dollars annually on a 100000 assessment.
