St Vlad's College Graduation Signals Possible Closure
Ezdel, a Wishart native and second highest ranking official in the Ukrainian Catholic church, urged graduates to seize the future as the college faces suspension for 2002-2003. He recalled arriving as a shy 14 year old and credited the school’s acceptance for his success and faith in the community. The principal and Rev Kowalchuk warned that political will and funds are lacking to keep St Vlad's open, suggesting this could be the final class.
