Togo News: Visits, Decorations, and Grain Pool Meeting

Mrs James McEwen left for Winnipeg on Monday and Miss Peterson visited Mrs Sam Hern Sunday. Mr Bishop of Saskatoon stayed with Mr and Mrs Chas McGregor Sunday. The village thanks James Sharp for the fine Christmas tree on Main Street. The Saskatchewan Grain Pool annual meeting was held in the Village hall Saturday afternoon with Geo Ross as the speaker and delegates J. K. Johnson and LaRame present.

A large group from Here attended a Gilbert school dance last Friday with Redge Cal Cutt as floor manager, reported to be very capably run and enjoyable.

Cromarty reports Floyd Chase busy in the district cutting and crushing, Hicknes left Monday night to spend Christmas days with friends at Carberry. Chris Tummas staying a few days at Fred McDuffe’s home. Bagot left Monday to spend Christmas weeks with relatives and friends in Carberry.
