Great Manitoba Food Fight enters fifth year in Brandon
Manitoba entrants are invited to submit a food or beverage idea for the GMFF to be held April 20 2011 at Assiniboine Community College Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts in Brandon. The deadline is December 15 2010 with a final business plan due February 1 2011. Ten contestants will advance. a meet and greet is slated for February 28 to March 4 2011 at the Food Development Centre in Portage la Prairie.
