A June 16 2023 letter signed by 20 of 26 4th Avenue SW property owners between Highway 5 and Highway 83 asks MOR to reconstruct shoulders and fix drainage this year so 4th Avenue SW can be paved in 2024. They demand three quotes, a Local Improvement Plan, and a clear cost presentation. They also protest continued drainage neglect and question MATCP spending versus road infrastructure.
