Silverwood Honors News From Parliament Hill Returned Boys

A concert and dance in the hall on Nov 30 honored overseas boys. Chair Westwood welcomed gathering, with Mrs Radford as the sole artist reciting The Life Boat. They sang Bring Back My Bonnie to Me and For They Are Jolly Good Fellows. Nine boys had overseas service, four present: Ian Sangster, Wright Irvine, George Pearson, Oscar Benson.
